anti aging skincare that works
Before we talk about anti-aging, perhaps we should actually define aging and the impact it has on our bodies and our health.

Aging is natural; it takes place due to the development of organs, tissue and cells inside the body, as we know. There is a natural process of getting older (like moving from childhood to teenager to adulthood) and the accumulated results of aging (including sun smoking, excessive and damage drinking).
Our skin is composed of two main layers:
- Epidermis the outer layer we have seen.
- Dermis is the layer directly under the epidermis.
The dermis thins and we experience a loss of blood supply, as we age. Collagen production also decreases which often promotes the creation of fine wrinkles and lines.
skincare for wrinkles
Whenever we lose collagen, we lose elasticity, which provides the skin with resistance and the opportunity to "bounce back" once it's been stretched (from smiling, frowning etc). Loss of elasticity is particularly noticeable in people who spend a lot of time in the sunshine, like those who work outdoors, or sun bathe.
The thinner our skin is, the better fragile it will become. The losing of sweat and oil glands (from the dermis) contribute to drier skin which makes the skin more prone to wrinkles.
So, in order to help protect our skin, we need to use products that help slow or inhibit the aging process, .
